Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Timeframe: message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order to start a return or exchange.

Condition: items should be unworn/unused, with any tags and original packaging.

Exchanges & refunds: we'll offer an exchange or store credit where possible. Refunds are handled case by case.

Made-to-order & sale items: custom/bespoke pieces and clearance items are generally non-refundable, since they're made or priced specially for you.

Delivery costs: return delivery is usually covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Faulty or wrong item: if we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, we'll make it right at no extra cost.
